Returns & Refund Policy

At Tannery Club, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, our return and exchange policy is designed to make things simple. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@tanneryclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
  3. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned item on receipt, and you will be notified of approval or rejection by email.

Please raise a separate request for each item if you are returning or exchanging more than one.

Return Shipping

Your first return or exchange per customer account is free — we cover both the forward and return shipping. For any subsequent returns or exchanges under the same account, phone number, or registered email, return shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from your refund or store credit, or collected before the exchange is processed. Shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable. We reserve the right to flag and decline requests from accounts showing a pattern of repeated returns or misuse of this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Prepaid orders: the refund will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer, within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds cannot be issued to a bank account and will be provided as store credit, sent to your registered email or phone number.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item for a different size, colour, or a product of the same or lesser value. If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be returned to you as store credit or to your original payment method. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. In these cases, we cover the cost of the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund within 7 business days, please first check your account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@tanneryclub.com.
